We cordially invite you to spend your holiday at any time of the year in a unique place. In the past the building was a post office but it was carefully renovated a few years ago and changed into a beautiful guesthouse named "Old Post Office". The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located in a small, quiet village Węgielsztyn on the shores of the Lake Wegielsztyn. The visitors can admire the stunning views of the lake, the surrounding fields and meadows. Quiet atmosphere, clean air and water has been attracting people who love nature for a long time. The Old Post Office is located 100m from the Lake Węgielsztyn, 2km from the Lake Mamry, 2km from the Lake Rydzówka and 10km from the city Węgorzewo. People live here in harmony with nature, which pays back its goods.

All rooms are heated (central heating is available)
It is possible to add a bed to each room.

For anglers

The fishery on the Lake Węgielsztyn is located on the Nature Reserve of Lake Oświń which is a part of the ‘Nature 2000’ area. The fishery’s surface is about 90 hectares. Huge fish like pike, tench, striped bass or roach can be caught here. It is also possible for our guests to rent a boat and buy a permission for fishing.
